Faulk is one of the greatest players to ever step foot on the football field. He is eighth all-time in all-purpose yards with over 19,190. He was one of the first running backs to be a real threat as a receiver out of the backfield.
Faulk is a three-time Offensive Player of the Year, MVP and Super Bowl champion. During his career, he played for the Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Rams. He is the holder of many notable NFL records, including most consecutive seasons with 2,000 yards from scrimmage (4), most receiving yards by a running back in a season (1,048) and the only player with 12,000 yards rushing and 6,000 yards receiving in a career.
Due to his legendary career, Faulk was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2017. He also had his No. 28 jersey retired by the Rams. After he retired following the 2005 season, Faulk stayed involved in football.
He spent years as an analyst on the NFL Network and became a mainstay. During his time with the network, he appeared on Thursday Night Football's pre-game, halftime and post-game shows, and Sunday's NFL GameDay Morning.
Faulk decided to get into coaching and was hired by Deion Sanders to be the running backs coach at Colorado in 2025. It only took one season for him to get a head coaching job, as he was hired as the head coach at Southern University.
Even with his busy coaching schedule, Faulk has carved out the time to join the fast-growing Crossing Lines series. Though the series just debuted on August 17, it is quickly becoming one of the go-to shows for anybody who wants to bet on the NFL.
