Bettors heavy on the Cinci Bearcats ahead of Fenway Bowl

The Fenway Bowl finally makes its debut after being canceled the last two years due to COVID-19 issues. I am dropping you a line with the last-minute data that could be useful for your coverage.

The game between the Cincinnati Bearcats and Louisville Cardinals is taking place at Fenway Park in Boston on Saturday, December 17th at 11 a.m. ET. You can download a short video featuring our BetUS NCAAF analyst, Gary Segals, who is available on short notice as a guest.

In short, Segals sees a bet on the ‘under’ 41 ½ points as being the best bet on offer for the Fenway Bowl, citing both teams’ robust defenses that have been on display during the regular season.

According to data released by BetUS, customers seem to agree with  Segals: almost 65% of bets and 83% of dollar volume had been bet on the ‘under’ 41 ½ points as of Thursday afternoon.

Against the spread, the Bearcats (currently +2 ½ point underdogs) have attracted 62.79% of the wagers placed and 60.95% of the dollars wagered.

BetUS has long led the sports betting industry in the variety and number of proposition bets on offer for this and other bowl games.

For this game in particular, BetUS offers more than two dozen game props like what will be the first scoring play of the game, and which team will score first.

#NFL

BetUS has hundreds of game and player props available for NFL Week 15. Some of the more popular props are quarterback passing yards and completitions, including Bengal's Joe Burrow and Buccaneer’s Tom Brady as the Bengals and Bucs faceoff on Sunday.

BetUS customers are currently loaded up on the Bengals, with 75.28% of the tickets riding on the Bengals and almost 56% of the money wagered.

Also on Sunday, the Vikings are a -4 point spread favorite against the Indianapolis Colts and a -200 favorite on the ‘money line,’ or outright winner.  According to data released by BetUS, 71% of bets and nearly 53.34% of the total dollar volume wagered on the point spread has gone to the Vikings to cover the point spread.

Finally, please let me know if I can help you with any specific information like our betting ‘handle’ (number of betting tickets and volume percentage) for future Bengals games; the New Orleans Bowl; or anything else?
