Thanksgiving NFL props: QB passing yards; high-scoring team and more

The 2022 Thanksgiving Day NFL schedule begins with the Detroit Lions hosting the Buffalo Bills at 12:30 p.m. ET, and continues with New York Giants visiting their NFC East rivals, the Dallas Cowboys at 4:30 p.m. E.T. The final Thanksgiving game has the New England Patriots traveling to meet the Minnesota Vikings at 8:30 p.m. E.T.

All these games present intriguing betting opportunities on the money line, against the spread, and of course all those fun ‘prop’ bets we love.

“We all have high expectations in Josh Allen, Kirk Cousins, and Dak Prescott.  That got us wondering which quarterback will complete the most passing yards this Thanksgiving Day, so we created a special prop bet for it this year,” explains Barry Barger, senior betting analyst for BetUS Sportsbook.

Josh Allen is currently favored to win the honor at +225 odds, followed by Kirk Cousins (+375), and Jared Golf and Dak Prescott both at +400.

This year, BetUS is also offering odds on the highest-scoring team of Thanksgiving Day.

As of Thanksgiving morning, the Buffalo Bills are the odds-on favorite at –120, followed by the Dallas Cowboys (+250); the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions (both at +800); the New England Patriots   (+1500), and the New York Giants +2000.)

BetUS always has dozens – if not hundreds – of props on each game.  Here is a brief selection of the more popular ones:
