How They Got Here

AFC Champion: Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals arrived at a Super Bowl berth by rallying from an 18-point deficit in the AFC Championship Game to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs, 27-24, in overtime at Arrowhead on Sunday.

Prior to that in the playoffs, the AFC North Champions downed the Las Vegas Raiders at home and went on the road to surprise the top-seeded Tennessee Titans.

The Bengals have been to a pair of Super Bowls, losing both to the San Francisco 49ers.

NFC Champion: Los Angeles Rams

The NFC West champions pounded the Arizona Cardinals in the Wild-Card game.

That earned them a trip to Tampa Bay, where they got a late field goal to douse the reigning champion Buccaneers in a topsy-turvy Divisional Round game.

In the NFC Championship on Sunday, the Rams rallied from a 17-7 deficit with 13 fourth-quarter points to earn a spot against the Bengals in the Super Bowl.
